DESCRIPTION:Increasing attention is being paid on stage at diagnosis as a 
 measure of the performance of the public health and health care system. Th
 e Public Health Outcomes Framework reports proportion of cancer patients d
 iagnosed in earlier stage for Local Authorities\, while recent initiatives
  capture such information for CCGs. Evidence will be presented about to qu
