DESCRIPTION:Observations of protoplanetary disks have provided signatures 
 of accretion\, ejection\, and large-scale organisation. I will address the
 se three points in the light of recent numerical simulations. In particula
 r\, I will review the outcome of the Magneto-Rotational Instability in the
  context of non-ideal magnetohydrodynamics\, and the possibility of produc
 ing organised structures out of turbulence.
