DESCRIPTION:Bin Liu is an outstanding student from the City University of 
 Hong Kong. He is currently visiting our group and contributing to the CSIC
  project. He focuses on the research of reliability analysis and maintenan
 ce policy of complex systems for the purpose of improvement of reliability
  and operational performance. He is interested in the discovery of fundame
 ntal reliability issues. Currently his research interests include reliabil
 ity and maintenance modeling\, importance measures with application to com
 plex systems\, and data analysis.
