DESCRIPTION:The energy landscape of a protein contains all the information
  required to understand its structure\, thermodynamics and kinetics.\nUpon
  mutation of the sequence\, the energy landscape will change\, and so will
  the observed properties of the system.\nThe example considered in this ta
 lk is a coiled coil\, which has been shown to adopt different crystal stru
 ctures after a single point mutation occurs.[1]\nUsing the computational p
 otential energy landscape framework it is possible to understand these cha
