DESCRIPTION:Status of determination of the lepton mixing is summarized.\nT
 here are some evidences that  mixing matrices of leptons and quarks\nare r
 elated as U(PMNS) = V(CKM) x U(M)\, where U(M) is a matrix of special\nfor
 m with maximal rotation(s). If not accidental\, the relation could imply\n
 the Grand Unification\, see-saw mechanism of neutrino mass generation\nand
  some new physics with flavor symmetries. Realization of such a possibilit
 y\nincludes SO(10) GUT\, neutrino portal interactions and the Planck\nscal
 e hidden sector composed of fermions and scalars (flavons).
