DESCRIPTION:Using a case study of a large scale university development\, t
 his talk will explore what we can learn about resilience in socio-technica
 l systems by talking to stakeholders from different domains and levels of 
 abstraction. The study consisted of one-to-one interviews with stakeholder
 s with a participatory system mapping exercise. The findings show that exp
 loring multiple stakeholder perspectives can reveal new insights about res
 ilience including: the relationship between resilience and stakeholder pur
 pose\; how time should be considered in the context of resilience\; and th
 e nature of change in a resilient system.
