 ent on the findings of our NIHR and Marie Curie funded programme of work o
 n Improving care and support in advanced COPD: the Living with Breathlessn
 ess Study.\n\nThis programme\, which has been running since mid-2012\, gat
 hered comprehensive multiple-perspective evidence on care\, support\, func
 tioning and needs of people living with advanced COPD (Chronic Obstructive
  Pulmonary Disease). It has led to six key recommendations to address the 
 needs of patients and their informal carers. We will present these six rec
 ommendations\, action points and their implications for stakeholders worki
 ng with those living with advanced COPD.\nLunch will be provided - please
