 eat pumps\, and the economic instruments to achieve zero carbon.   \n\nThi
 s will act as a kick off meeting for the Environmentalists for Nuclear Ene
 rgy (www.ecolo.org) UK grouping. There will be an opportunity to get invol
 ved in the team to support a global publicity event later in the year on c
 limate change and nuclear energy by Paul Lavelle\, balloonist\, polar expl
 orer and architect of the successful 1989 trip to protect the ozone layer.
