DESCRIPTION:*This talk will highlight how advanced mindfulness can be deve
 loped according to Buddhist teachings to gain profound understanding and e
 nlightenment. The speaker\, Ven. Kamburawala Rewatha Thero\,  is an experi
 enced mindfulness teacher\, who has been teaching in the UK from 2002. He 
 is well known for his practical approach in teaching mindfulness\, which g
 ives students the insight and confidence that enables the use the techniqu
 es during everyday situations.*\n\nThe talk is part of a special “Mindfu
 lness Workshop” that starts at 9:00 am. This is a chance for everyone to
  learn about mindfulness techniques and the ways they can be applied to ev
 eryday life. You are welcome to join the whole workshop\, a part of it\, o
 r just the talk. The whole event is free and open to all. The programme is
