 res is a hard problem in and of itself. We use tons of datastores spread a
 cross multiple clusters and datacenters. Developers maintaining these clus
 ters used to spend far too much time manually executing dangerous cluster-
 wide operations such as service restarts and node replacements. In this ta
 lk\, Archana A. explores the need for and the design of Taskerman\, a reli
 able pull-based task manager\, designed primarily for automating these dis
