DESCRIPTION:Simon Neale will lead a talk and meditation session titled “
 Hindrances to Meditation”. According to the Buddhist teachings\, mental 
 states that hinder the meditation practice can be classified into five cat
 egories: sensory desire\, ill-will\, sloth-torpor\, restlessness-worry and
  doubt. Simon will introduce these hindrances and explain how we can deal 
 with them as they arise and even use them as objects of meditation. He wil
 l also guide practical meditation sessions in which we will work on differ
 ent hindrances and develop the practice. \n\nSimon is an experienced medit
 ator with over 30 years of experience.
