DESCRIPTION:Joint surface injuries affect both man and animals\, making re
 search into their treatment a genuine example of a  'One Health' approach.
   In my talk I will explore treating joint surface injuries using regenera
 tive medicine strategies in addition to exploring some of the molecular me
 chanisms underlying key processes.  I will also share my experiences of wo
 rking\, as a vet\, within a medical environment and how vets can play a ke
 y role in multidisciplinary team research
