DESCRIPTION:I will discuss a few results about the bounded cohomology of a
 n acylindrically hyperbolic group\, focusing on quasimorphisms for concret
 eness. More specifically\, the results relate the bounded cohomology of an
  acylindrically hyperbolic group to that of its hyperbolically embedded su
 bgroups\, which are special subgroups that generalise peripheral subgroups
  of relatively hyperbolic groups.
