  from a fresh perspective\, this workshop aims to explore how a deeper und
 erstanding of ourselves can help us bring the art and beauty back into our
  interactions.\n\nFacilitated by Sarah FitzGerald\n\nSarah\, born in Cambr
 idge worked for 8 years as a design consultant in London. She became inter
 ested in spirituality in 2009 when she took up language teaching in South 
 East Asia. She came across the Brahma Kumaris while in Cambodia and sin
 ce then has returned to Cambridge to continue her career in teaching and t
 o continue to deepen her understanding of Raja Yoga.
