DESCRIPTION:Liv Boeree is a Poker player\, television presenter\, and co-f
 ounder of Raising for Effective Giving (REG)\, a non-profit which encourag
 es professionals\, especially poker players\, to donate 2% of their income
  to highly effective charities. REG raised over £1\,000\,000 for these ch
 arities in its first two years. Liv is currently the world's #2-ranked fem
 ale poker player.\n\nLiv will be talking about her journey from a Physics 
 degree to founding REG\, along the way winning the 2010 European Poker Tou
 r. She'll discuss the reasons why she became interested in Effective Altru
 ism\, and the lessons she learned about founding an effective non-profit.
