DESCRIPTION:Classically\, Tannaka-Krein duality answers the questions of w
hether an algebra (or compact topological group\, affine group scheme\, et
c.) can be recovered from its category of linear representations\, and of
when a given category (with an appropriate fibre functor) is equivalent to
such a category representations. In this talk I will outline a version of
this theory and how to adapt it to study representation theory over (Ind)
Banach spaces. This is based on joint work with Kobi Kremnizer.
