DESCRIPTION:Winton Advanced Research Fellow\, Ottavio Croze will introduce
  the topic "Greening up the Cavendish and the University: the Maxwell Cent
 re as a test case"\n\nHe will give a brief overview of how sustainable wor
 king practices can and should be easily improved in the research work plac
 e across the University.  Many departments have already substantially impr
 oved the sustainability of their buildings and labs thanks to the efforts 
 of dedicated Green Teams. He will introduce the Green Team in the Maxwell 
 Centre. This will provide a test case for a more general discussion of sus
 tainability in the research workplace\, opening up a discussion to hear yo
 ur thoughts.\n\nAll welcome to attend and light refreshments will be avail
 able.\n
