DESCRIPTION:We will give explicit constructions of hyperbolic buildings as
  universal covers of certain CW-complexes. The fundamental groups of some 
 of these complexes still have a chance of not to be residually finite and 
 do not contain surface subgroups.\nWe will briefly discuss superrigidity o
 f hyperbolic buildings as well.
