DESCRIPTION:What is the art of listening?\n\nA workshop as part of the Art
  of Living Series.\n\nThe aim of this series of workshops is to explore 
 different areas of the art of living. Our guest speakers will suggest prac
 tical ways of using your creativity to experience fulfilment and contentme
 nt in your life. All welcome\, free of charge.\n\nBelinda Westcott will
  be exploring this subject and facilitating\nthis session in the Art of Li
 ving Series.\n\nBelinda’s profound experiences of transformation through
  meditation\, coupled with her desire to be of service to humanity\, inspi
 red her spiritual journey and led her to a deep commitment to the practice
  and teaching of Raja Yoga meditation\, as taught by the Brahma Kumaris. F
 or the past 28 years\, she has been patiently and gently using the tools o
 f meditation\, self-reflection and experimentation with the power of thoug
 ht on herself\, to allow her own innate potential to unfold. Using these m
 ethods to help her overcome cancer in 2010\, she has found a deeper unders
 tanding of the connection between soul and body. With her practical experi
 ence of meditation she continues to refine her spiritual practice and also
  help others realize their own true potential. Belinda is currently a memb
 er of the National co-ordinating team of the Brahma Kumaris in South Afric
 a\, which oversees its activities there and also in Namibia\, Swaziland\, 
 Botswana and Mozambique.
