DESCRIPTION:In this talk I will present novel solutions in global AdS4\, w
hich are constructed by turning on a dipolar differential rotation at the
conformal boundary. We find two different geometries: a horizonless AdS so
liton\, and a rotating black hole with zero net angular momentum. The larg
e black hole branch has an extended hourglass shape\, and exists up to a m
aximum amplitude of the boundary profile. At this value\, there is an ergo
region attached to the boundary\, signalling superradiant instability. I w
ill discuss the phase diagram and implications for weak cosmic censorship.
