 s adventures and what inspires him to help others. \n\nBorn on 30th Decemb
 er 1988\, Jasiek Mela is a Polish explorer who reached the North Pole in 2
 004 and eight months later the South Pole\, making him the youngest and th
 e only disabled person in history to achieve this. In 2008 he climbed the 
 Kilimanjaro\, and subsequently established the “Poza Horyzonty” Founda
 tion\, whose aim is helping accident victims. In 2009 Jasiek also climbed 
 Mount Elbrus—the highest mountain in the Caucasus Mountains. \n\nWHEN: T
