DESCRIPTION:In the first part of this talk\, I will share some observation
 s on how to publish in top-tier journals in management research. In the se
 cond part\, I will focus on the journal Organizational Behavior and Human 
 Decision Processes (OBHDP) as a case in point. I will describe the criteri
 a used in OBHDP in evaluating manuscripts\, and the editorial process invo
 lved in making decisions about accepting/rejecting manuscripts. I will be 
 happy to answer any questions and discuss with the audience during both pa
 rts of the talk.
