DESCRIPTION:Paul Mantle of Frontier IP Group will host an informal discuss
 ion on commercialisation of new technologies and some of the questions tha
 t need to considered in evaluating their potential.  He will provide some 
 case studies and engage the audience in a discussion on what are some of t
 he key metrics.\n \nBio\nPaul Mantle is a Portfolio Executive at Frontier 
 IP Group and based in Cambridge. He has over 17 years experience with Ciba
 -Geigy (later to become Novartis) in the commercialisation of new technolo
 gy for semi-conductors  and electronics.  As Director and General Manager 
 for 3 global businesses (and based at various times in Singapore\, Hong Ko
 ng and Basle) he brings practical experience of international business lea
 dership. Most recently as a member of the University of Cambridge in the p
 eriod 2013/16 he has led the commercialisation of a number of innovative t
 echnologies.\n\nRefreshments will be available and all are welcome to join
  the discussion.
