DESCRIPTION:The Art of Living - A Series of Workshops\n\nIs there an art 
 to living? The aim of this series of workshops is to explore different 
 areas of the art of living. Our guest speakers will suggest practical ways
  of using your creativity to experience fulfilment and contentment in yo
 ur life. All welcome\, free of charge.\n\nIoana Goga will be facilitating
  this workshop in the Art of Living Series.\n\nIoana\, originally from Rom
 ania\, traveled and worked across Europe since 2000. She has diplomas in C
 omputer Science and Psychology and worked for large companies as well as b
 eing involved in research projects in Artificial Intelligence and Psycholo
 gy. In Romania she has been instrumental in setting up a self-development 
 programme for children and teenagers since 2008. Currently living and work
 ing in UK as a Software Engineer. She has been studying Raja Yoga with Br
 ahma Kumaris since 2009.  \n
