DESCRIPTION:This 6 month randomized controlled-feeding trial was conducted
  to determine whether the traditional low fat\, high carbohydrate diet is 
 more effective than the higher fat\, lower carbohydrate diet at preventing
  obesity among a non-obese healthy population in China. The trial included
  307 young adults aged 18-35 years with a body mass index of less than 28.
  It showed that the low fat\, high carbohydrate diet reduced body weight t
 o a greater extent than a higher fat\, lower carbohydrate intake.
