 tasets and species.\n\nAbstract: Many scRNASeq experiments have been perfo
 rmed using different systems and on different biological material which ar
 e thought to represent the same biological system\, for instance in vitro 
 organoids are thought to recapitulate cell-types found in real tissue. I c
 onsider different approaches to comparing cell-types across different expe
 rimental set-ups to for determining when cell-types can be considered equi
 valent and how to dissect consistent vs divergent biological features.\n
