DESCRIPTION:We will discuss a subclass of BPS states in the M5-brane theor
 y on T^3 x R^3 which &nbsp\;are related to little strings and whose degene
 racies can be worked out exactly. The generating function of these BPS sta
 tes has interesting modular properties and seems to have the structure exp
 ected of the partition function with target space a symmetric product.
