 tract (part 2)  &nbsp\; <br> In radiotherapy planning the anatomical conto
 uring of organs at risk (OAR) with speed and accuracy is important. In thi
 s talk we introduce a method to compute a semiautomatic 3D segmentation of
  certain OAR\, by approximating a minimal surface from a network of minima
 l paths. We briefly discuss some of the challenges inherent to this method
  and detail some proposed improvements. Finally\, results are presented fo
 r the 3D segmentation of the kidney based on three contours from the surfa
 ce of the object.  <br><br><br><br>
