DESCRIPTION:Deep integral-field spectroscopy\, coupled with high-resolutio
 n imaging\nfrom the optical to the far-infrared\, allows us to trace the g
 rowth of\ndisk galaxies since the peak epoch of cosmic star formation\, an
 d the\nemergence of bulges within them as they reach the massive end of th
 e\nmass function.  I will present recent findings on the structural\nevol
 ution of galaxies from deep lookback surveys with HST and ALMA\,\nand insi
 ghts on their kinematic nature leveraging the large\nmultiplexing capabili
 ties of modern-day spectrographs such as KMOS.\n
