 n\n\nThe course offers a deep and practical study for dealing with life’
 s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws tha
 t govern us all. \n\nWhat is Raja Yoga?\nRaja Yoga meditation is a philos
 ophy of life that is made practical with the associated method of meditati
 on. It helps us to attain both happiness and clarity of mind. It sets out 
 in very clear and simple terms a new way of seeing and understanding ourse
 lves in relation to the world we live in.\n\nThe knowledge of Raja Yoga ch
 allenges our commonly accepted beliefs and takes us on a journey deep into
  the meaning of who we are and what our highest purpose can be. \n\nIn th
 is present world where more and more of us get pulled into a spiral of exp
 ectations and increasing dependencies that eventually affect the quality o
 f our lives\, it is necessary for us to learn to be free from the web of o
 ur own creation.\n\nThe name ‘Raja Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit 
 word ‘raja’ meaning king or master. The method teaches us how to becom
 e masters of our mind and senses. It frees us from conscious or subconscio
 us subservience. The more we become free from dependency and subservience\
 , the more we are able to re experience our original nature of peace\, hap
 piness and compassion.\n\nEmotional stability is essential for improved co
 ncentration and clarity of mind and it leads us to a life where there is b
 oth richness of the head and richness of the heart. Eventually such a proc
 ess will make our world richer.\n
