DESCRIPTION:Trying to make the world a better place is a common motivation
  in Cambridge students\, and\, as a budding doctor\, Greg was no exception
 .\n\nAfter studying medicine at Cambridge\, alongside volunteering for Giv
 ing What We Can and 80\,000 Hours\, Greg Lewis began to research how many 
 lives a doctor could actually expect to save in their career. \n\nNow a fu
 ll-time doctor\, Greg hopes to deliver the good news in global health over
  the course of our lifetimes. He will be presenting some of his research i
 nto the important difference which charitable giving can make\, and will e
 xplain why he gives about a third of his income to charity\, and why he’
 s confident that this does far more good than his career working as a doct
 or.
