DESCRIPTION:The use of Thin Film Bulk Acoustic Wave Resonators (FBARs) as 
 sensors has shown very interesting results in the past few years\, owing t
 o their high sensitivity\, robustness\, low power consumption\, versatilit
 y and capacity to multiplex.\n In this talk\, the work of the Electronics 
 Devices and Materials group (EDM)\, in the Department of Engineering\, on 
 FBARs for biosensing applications will be presented. The speakers will foc
 us on the latest results of one of our projects focused on Prostate Specif
 ic Antigen (PSA) detection using FBARs.\n
