DESCRIPTION:The functional architecture of human cortex has fine-grained t
opographies of response tuning and functional connectivity patterns. We h
ave developed a model of the shared structure in these response and connec
tivity topographies that we derive with new algorithms called response hyp
eralignment and connectivity hyperalignment. These models capture cortica
l topographies as multiplexed topographic basis functions\, which are spec
ific to each individual brain\, that are associated with basis functions f
or response tuning and functional connectivity\, which are common across b
 rains.\n
