DESCRIPTION:_We consider a collection of N solid particles immersed in a B
rinkman liquid and subject to an external flow and/or a uniform gravity fi
eld. It is shown how to reduce the determination of the unknown rigid-mot
ion of the particles by solely calculating a few and carefully selected qu
antities on the surface of the entire cluster. Those key quantities are g
overned by boundary-integral equations which are established and numerical
ly solved by implementing a boundary element method. Numerical results wi
ll be discussed for a few 2-particle clusters in order to quantify the mag
nitude of particle-particle interactions in a suspension._
