 a talk with the Michelin-starred Austrian chef Johann Lafer!\n\nJohann Laf
 er is one of Germany's most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs and TV perso
 nalities. Mr Lafer owns the restaurant Le Val d'Or in Stromberg\, Germany\
 , and works as consultant chef at The Gainsborough Hotel in Bath. He has p
 ublished more than 50 cookbooks and has become a media star through variou
 s television shows such as 'Lanz kocht!'\, 'Lafer! Lichter! Lecker!'\, and
  'Die Küchenschlacht'. His gourmet philosophy is based on the very highes
 t demands in terms of quality and the search for the best products in orde
 r to create truly innovative dishes.\n\nAt our event\, Mr Lafer will share
  his personal experience in a talk entitled 'Von Koch zur Marke'. There wi
