DESCRIPTION:The discovery of the accelerated expansion of the Universe has
come relatively late in our study of the cosmos\, but it has opened up ma
ny new questions about the nature of gravity and what the Universe might c
ontain. Structure formation in our Universe can be different even if the g
eometry of the homogeneous and isotropic universe is the same. Mildly non-
linear regime of structure formation would provide more information than t
he linear regime and help distinguish among various alternative models. I
will discuss recent developments in predicting non-linear structure format
 ion in non-standard cosmological models.
