DESCRIPTION:The start of LHC Run 2 has given particle collisions at an eve
n greater centre-of-mass energy. This is an exciting opportunity for new
physics discoveries\, but also poses a problem to our theoretical predicti
ons. The large range of energy scales can damage the convergence of the p
erturbative expansion through the appearance of logarithms at all orders i
n the coupling. In this talk\, I will describe the solution to this probl
em offered by the High Energy Jets framework\, which is a perturbative fra
mework incorporating these corrections at all orders in the coupling at th
e matrix-element level which is then implemented as a fully-flexible event
generator. I will show comparisons to LHC Run I data illustrating the ef
fect and describe recent developments in the formalism itself\, looking fo
 rward to Run II analyses.
