DESCRIPTION:Venerable Rewatha Thero from Scotland's Buddhist Vihara will c
 onduct a mindfulness workshop this Sunday from 1pm to 3pm. This session is
  a chance for everyone to learn mindfulness and meditation techniques and 
 also learn how they can be applied in everyday life. Ven. Rewatha Thero is
  a senior Buddhist monk and an experienced mindfulness teacher who has bee
 n teaching in the UK for 15 years. He is well-known for his practical teac
 hing approach\, which gives students the insights and confidence to use th
 e mindfulness methods in everyday situations.\n\nThis session is free and 
 open to all.
