DESCRIPTION:Biomaker Challenge is a four-month programme challenging inter
 disciplinary teams to build low-cost sensors and instruments for biology. 
 From colorimeters to microfluidics and beyond\, we’re looking for frugal
 \, open source and DIY approaches to biological experiments. You’ll rece
 ive up to £1000 support\, including a BioMaker toolkit and no prior exper
 ience with hardware or electronics is necessary to participate. This talk 
 from Prof Jim Haseloff and Dr Jenny Molloy will introduce the Challenge fo
 r biologists and present example prototypes for inspiration. One audience 
 member will win a free Arduino microcontroller to get started early. Appli
