DESCRIPTION:Aromanian is an Eastern Romance variety which is currently con
 sidered to be endangered. In this talk\, I am going to present a cluster o
 f Aromanian varieties spoken by bilingual Greek-Aromanian speakers in Epir
 us\, North-Western Greece\, on the basis of extensive fieldwork. I will fi
 rst provide some information on the background and basic linguistic proper
 ties of these varieties. Then\, I will focus on a number of phenomena with
  'mixed properties'\, such as certain uses of the medio-passive SE or the 
 system of anaphors/logophors\, which could be argued to be the result of l
 anguage contact with Greek.
