DESCRIPTION:In this talk I will construct &nbsp\;a new triply graded<br>in
 variant of links in a solid torus\, which is functorial with respect to<br
 >annular link cobordisms and admits a quantum sl(2) action.<br>We discuss 
 several properties of this invariant. <br>This is a joint&nbsp\;work with 
 Kris Putyra and Stephan Wehrli.
