DESCRIPTION:Due to ongoing climate change\, it is necessary to understand
how ecosystems will react and more particularly\, how species may cope wit
h the challenges of living in unstable systems. Seabirds' behavior provide
s a way to monitor changes occurring in the marine environment\, but ident
ifying how the temporal structure and complexity of behavior depend on int
rinsic and extrinsic parameters are underexplored topics in the field of a
nimal behavior. My research aims to investigate if behavioral organization
 \, through a gradient of determinism-stochasticity complexity\, allows sea
birds to buffer changes in the environment.
