DESCRIPTION:To gain insight in the porcine specific aspects of the type I 
 interferon response\, RNAseq was performed using interferon treated cells.
  Among the transcripts upregulated upon interferon stimulation\, the long 
 noncoding RNA designated lncRNA-IRF1\, interacted with G3BP1 and knockdown
  of lncRNA- IRF1 downregulated IGF-II and GAS5 RNA levels\, implying that 
 lncRNA-IRF1 may bridge the porcine innate immune response and the transcri
