DESCRIPTION:This is the perfect opportunity to hear officers' reports\, as
 k the committee questions and generally get involved with the club.  There
  will also be elections for the termly posts:\n\nCampaigns Officer\nConsti
 tuency Labour Party Liaison Officer\nEqual Opportunities Officer\nNewslett
 er/Publicity Officer\nMembership Development Officer\n\nNominations for al
 l candidates must be submitted by 8pm on Saturday 9th June\, 3 days prior 
 to the TGM. Nominations for the posts must be submitted in writing to the 
 Secretary\, including the names of a proposer and seconder who must both b
 e paid-up members of the Club. \n\nIf no nominations have been received by
  the deadline then nominations shall be accepted from the floor at the mee
 ting where the election is taking place.
