 d build low-cost\, DIY and open hardware for science and education. All ar
 e welcome for the talks\, making or both!\n\n*Talks*\n\nDr Wouter Buytaert
  is a senior lecturer in water resources and environmental change in the D
 epartment of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Wouter has published sev
 eral papers on citizen science and can give an overview of exciting projec
 ts in the field.\n\nAlex Patto is a founder of the social enterprise Water
 Scope and is researching the application of low-cost\, 3D-printed microsco
 pes in water testing and education. He will introduce their 3D printed mic
 roscope designs plans and the story of WaterScope. \n\n*Making*\n\nIf you
