DESCRIPTION:Over the last year we have been installing cryo-electron micro
 scopes in the centre of Oxford and learning about sample preparation and o
 ptimisation along the way. Our goal is to study a variety of systems but w
 e have been concentrating on studies of bacterial protein secretion system
 s in the first instance. I'll present our current progress in study of Tat
  and Type Three protein secretion systems and point to future directions.\
