DESCRIPTION:We will define enhanced Langlands parameters for a split reduc
 tive p-adic group G\, and \nintroduce notions of cuspidality and cuspidal 
 support for them. \nAs an application\, we will explain how to obtain a pa
 rtition of the set of enhanced parameters \nthat is modelled upon the Bern
 stein decomposition of the smooth dual of G. \nWe will illustrate these co
 nstruction on examples.
