 g systems were deployed in 10 English councils and throughout Scotland. Vo
 lunteers for the "Open Rights Group":http://www.openrightsgroup.org/ obser
 ved these pilots and discovered serious procedural\, technical and usabili
 ty errors in all areas.\n\nThis talk describes my experiences as an accred
 ited election observer and summarizes the findings of the "resulting repor
 t":http://www.openrightsgroup.org/e-voting-main/ which concludes that *“
 the Open Rights Group cannot express confidence in the results for areas o
 bserved"*.
