DESCRIPTION:In a joint work with Olivier Wittenberg we show that the Braue
 r-Manin obstruction controls the behaviour of zero-cycles on homogeneous s
 paces of linear groups over number fields. When the stabilizers are finite
  and supersolvable our method is also applicable to rational points. This 
 can be used\, for example\, to obtain a refined version of the inverse Gal
 ois problem for supersolvable groups over any number field.\n
