DESCRIPTION:Muon tomography is a novel imaging technology that allows imag
ing of the insides of closed objects from a safe distance without introduc
ing radiation. This makes it an excellent technique to probe the internal
structure of volcanoes\, to detect nuclear bombs smuggled in cargo contain
ers and monitor legacy nuclear waste. In this presentation I will discuss
the detectors and analysis techniques and present results on the aforement
 ioned topics.
